From dev to manager without leaving the terminal
I started as a full-stack developer and now lead the technology function at a company with international operations. Along the way, I learned that effective leadership means staying close to the work, so I continue to build backends, configure cloud infrastructure, and make sure every system can withstand production load. I own delivery from code through production deployment.
I have delivered projects for Hospital Sírio-Libanês, Grupo Bandeirantes, and international hotel chains, with an emphasis on measurable performance, resilient infrastructure, and effective teams.
